Russia’s Defense Minister said that “We have reason to believe that the US does not always attack terror hotspots when it drops bombs in Syria,” a Russian news agency reports.
US Defense Secretary Ashton Carter said earlier on Wednesday that the US will not cooperate with the Russian military in Syria, as the Russian strategy is “fundamentally flawed.”
