Jerusalem prosecutors have filed charges against a 15-year-old Jewish youth for throwing stones at passing vehicles.
According to the charges, the teen threw a stone at a Palestinian car during a protest over the security situation near Michmash Junction in Binyamin. The stone missed the vehicle and no one was injured.
