Doctors without Borders (MSF) is demanding that the International Humanitarian Fact-Finding Commission investigated the recent incident in Kunduz, in which US forces bombed a hospital and killed at least 22 people.

The US claims that the attack was a mistake, but MSF says that it does not trust internal military investigations.

The International Humanitarian Fact-Finding Commission, which was created in 1991 as part of the Geneva Conventions regulating wars, has never been used before.
