Police say that the explosion heard in Jerusalem's Old City earlier today (Wednesday) was, in fact, a bomb that had been thrown. A 4-year-old child was lightly wounded by the blast.
Authorities located the suspect through security cameras and arrested him. He is described as a 13-year-old Arab resident of the Old City.
