The Syrian ambassador to Moscow, Riyad Haddad, says that Russian strikes against ISIS will be coordinated through a committee involving Russia, Iran, Iraq and Syria, official Russian news agency Tass reports.
The London-based al-Hayat paper, however, quotes local activists as saying that today's (Wednesday) Russian strikes hit Syrian rebels rather than ISIS.
