Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko called to the world’s countries not to believe the “placating” declaration made by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“We heard placating declarations from Russia, in which the country called for the establishment of a coalition to fight terror, or cautioned against the danger of attempting to negotiate with terrorists,” Poroshenko said at the UN General Assembly. “It’s a nice story, but very hard to believe.”
