Belgium added the names of 828 of its citizens to a list of “Extremist Islamists” who have joined Jihadist organizations in Iraq or in Syria.
Of the 828 names on the list, 270 people visited Iraq and Syria, 129 returned to Belgium, 62 were barred from leaving the country and 352 are expected to reach war zones.
