French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said that “If Russia is serious about its desire to fight the “Islamic State” (ISIS) terrorist organization; it must prove its intentions by launching attacks.”
Fabius added that the Russians have yet to do anything in the war against ISIS, as opposed to France and the international coalition.
