A Kuwaiti newspaper reports that Syria’s Army will transfer 75 Soviet tanks to Hezbollah, in order to set up a brigade armed against rebel organizations in Syria.
A military source in Damascus also reports that 15 Russian cargo planes landed in the past two weeks at a military base near Latakia, carrying equipment and manpower.
