UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator Stephen O'Brien has ordered UN bodies to evacuate the eastern Ukrainian city of Luhansk.
O'Brien says that, due to the fears over the separatist regime, other international organizations must also leave the city until Saturday. He also warned that humanitarian missions in the Donetsk district are in danger.
