An Iranian man handed himself in to British police demanding to be deported before it emerged he was in the country legally and simply hoping to be sent home as he was sick of Britain, AFP reports.
Arash Aria, 25, said Wednesday he had encountered violence and rudeness in the city of Manchester, northwest England, where he has lived for 10 years, and cannot find work.
