Volkswagen shares continue to drop following revelations that the company gave false information about its cars' emissions standards.
The stock prices fell 17.14 percent yesterday (Monday), then another 5.3 percent overnight. Within an hour of the Frankfurt stock exchange opening today, the stood at a low of 126.60 Euro.
France has called for a continent-wide investigation into the company, the US Justice Department is expected to begin a criminal investigation, and South Korea has summoned Volkswagen officials for an explanation.
