For the first time, the United States may be willing to forego opposition to a United Nations condemnation of its trade embargo against Cuba, The Associated Press reported on Monday.
Officials told AP that US President Barack Obama's administration is considering abstaining from the upcoming annual UN General Assembly vote on Cuba's resolution to have the embargo lifted.
