Boy Arrested for Throwing Rocks at Police in Jerusalem

A ten-year-old Arab boy from the A-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem was detained on Monday after caught throwing rocks at Border Patrol forces. 

Police are taking action to locate the boy's parents.
