A 23-year-old resident of northern Israel was arrested yesterday (Sunday) on suspicion of molesting a 17-year-old young woman.
Last week the young woman, accompanied by her parents, told police that she had been assaulted by a cleaner who worked in a building next to her school.
Ten days ago, she was sitting alone in a garden next to the school. The cleaner allegedly approached her and, at some point, took her to a bomb shelter. Inside he assaulted her before she managed to escape.
The suspect denies the accusations.
