US Secretary of State landed in London today (Friday) in order to participate in talks about Europe's refugee crisis and the Syrian conflict.
He will meet with United Arab Emirates Foreign Minister Abdullah bin Zayad, and then British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond.
Kerry says that he supports the recent Russian proposal to begin military talks with Moscow, though he says that he first wants to be sure of Russia's goals.
