At least seven people have been killed in a terrorist attack in Cameroon, according to local officials. Another 18 people were wounded.
The incident occurred in the town of Kolofata, located near the northern border with Nigeria. The area has suffered a number of attacks from the Nigeria-based Boko Haram.
International observers say that more than 3,000 Cameroon nationals have joined Boko Haram.
