The State of California approved of a bill enabling euthanasia, as aided by a medical professional.
The bill will now be brought before the US Senate, where it is expected to receive a majority vote. Two doctors will have to determine that the patient has no more than six months left to live, and two people close to the patient will have to testify to his desire to end his life.
