Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked (Jewish Home) has offered her congratulations to the eight newly-appointed rabbinical judges.
"The revolution begins," said Shaked, referring to the fact that the eight are Religious-Zionists, rather than haredim. She added that the achievement is the result of women on the appointing committee working together.
