Norway’s Prime Minister announced that her country will not pay a ransom for the Norwegian national allegedly help in “Islamic State” (ISIS) captivity, alongside a Chinese man.
“Our goal is to bring her home. I will say this clearly: this is an extremely demanding case and the government is responding to it with extreme seriousness. We will not give in to terrorist pressure. Norway will not pay ransoms,” the PM said.
