MK Avigdor Liberman (Yisrael Beytenu) has criticized the Supreme Court for the punishment it gave for Sheli Dadon's murderer.
"Yesterday a court in Kansas sentenced the anti-Semitic murderer, 74-year-old Frazier Glenn Cross, to death for murdering three people next to two Jewish community centers in 2014," MK Liberman wrote on his Facebook page. "It's too bad that the Nazareth District Court this morning did not have the option to give the death penalty to the heinous murderer Hussein Halifa , who murdered Sheli Dadon z"l in a brutal manner, intentionally and with nationalistic motives."
Liberman added that "The juxtaposition of the two court rulings, in Kansas and in Nazareth, again proves how necessary it is to pass a law to giv the death penalty for heinous terrorists like Halifa, as they deserve."
