Researchers from Ben Gurion University in Be'er Sheva have created a computer program that they say can identify potential school shooters before they kill.

According to their article in Frontiers in Forensic Psychiatry, the software analyzes their use of language on social media in order to find specific personality traits that are associated with shooters.

The researchers used writings by six convicted shooters along with 6,000 bloggers to test the program.
