Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked told ynet that she has still not given up on the possibility of splitting the role and responsibilities of the Attorney General, despite Prime Minister Netanyahu’s opposition.
“I instructed the committee (in charge of finding the next Attorney General) to probe the issue of splitting the position. I have yet to reach a decision on the matter, but it is definitely still on the table,” Shaked said.
