An Egyptian armored vehicle was hit by a bomb in the northern Sinai Peninsula this morning (Monday). An officer and a conscript were killed, and five other soldiers wounded.
A security official told Associated Press that the attack occurred near Rafah, and that the five wounded soldiers are now in the el-Arish military hospital.
