Jordanian government officials are acknowledging that Israel's proposed security fence "will be built on the Israeli side, and will not harm Jordanian sovereignty," Ynet reports.
However, the same officials added that "Jordan strongly opposes the construction of the Israeli security fence in the Palestinian territories in the West Bank, as these territories are occupied and as such cannot be built in by Israel according to international law."
