Netanya’s Homeless Allegedly Robbed by Ukrainian Tourist

A 41-year-old Ukrainian tourist allegedly robbed homeless people in Netanya, over a lengthy period of time.

The suspect claimed that he knew the plaintiffs, but denied robbing them.
