A Jerusalem justice will hear sentencing claims on Sunday in the case of former Police Commissioner Eran Malka. Malka was convicted of severe crimes in the Fisher bribery case. He accepted a plea bargain.
The Justice Ministry’s Police Investigations’ Department will demand Malka serve seven to 10 years in prison.
