US Vice President Joe Biden says that he "would not hesitate" to run for president in 2016, as long as his family could handle it.
Vice President Biden told an audience at Atlanta's Ahavath Achim Synagogue that he does not know if he has the "emotional energy" to handle the race after the loss of his son.
