Jerusalem prosecutors have filed charges against a 31-year-old man for rape, sodomy, and indecent assault.
The man allegedly began communicating with a minor over Facebook and Whatsapp. The discussion turned sexual, and he suggested that the two meet up in Jerusalem's Malcha Mall. While at the mall, he violated the minor, then raped her at her home two days later.
Prosecutors requested that the man be detained until the legal process has concluded.
