Dead Sea cosmetics company Ahava has reportedly come to a preliminary agreement to be bought by a Chinese company. Ahava has not revealed who the prospective buyer is, though Globes reports that it is Fosun International.
Fosun is expected to purchase 51 percent of Ahava for 300 million shekels ($76 million US)
