Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has decided not to bring a recently maneuvered outline for a deal on Israel's offshore gas reserves to the Knesset for a vote on Wednesday.
The decision was made after Economy Minister Aryeh Deri (Shas) told Netanyahu on Monday afternoon that he will unequivocally refuse to sign the outline even if a majority of the Knesset votes in favor of the deal.
