A 44-year-old IDF reservist died last night (Sunday) after he collapsed during the course of an exercise, Channel 10 reports.
The soldier, who is part of a unit in the Central Command, was training at the Mitkan Adam base. During an exercise he complained of a pain in his chest and collapse.
He was evacuated to the base's medical clinic, where he was declared dead.
The IDF says that it is investigating the incident.
