A 22-year-old man is being charged with firing at a supermarket twice. The second time killed a bystander.
The suspect, Ali Yasin, is from the city of Tamra in the Galilee. He will stand trial on the charges of manslaughter, illegal possession of a weapon, and obstruction of justice.
The attack occurred about two months ago. Yasin and a friend allegedly rode up to the Duha supermarket in Tamra on a scooter while carrying a submachine gun and a pistol. They fired towards the supermarket, rode off, then returned and opened fire again.
