A leader of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) in Turkey said on Saturday that his group will agree to a ceasefire on the condition that the government resumes talks with them.
The official told the press in Holland that “If the sides return to the negotiations table, they will not need to ask us to put our weapons down. We will do that in any event.”
