The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) signed a deal with Kazakhstan according to which the agency will establish a bank for slightly enriched uranium bank on Kazakhstani soil.
The facility, which will only be ready in 2017, will provide IAEA member states with steady and fixed amounts of fuel.
