The Police are seeking the public's help in locating Bresau Lajlam, a resident of Neve Sha'anan Street in Tel Aviv, 52, who until August 10 lived in Haifa.
His height is 1.60 meters, he has short black hair and he usually wears elegant pants. Anyone who knows anything about his whereabouts is asked to contact police at 100.
