US military officials are confirming whether a drone strike killed Junald Hussain, CNN reports. Hussain is connected with the attack on a "Draw Muhammed" event several month ago in Garland, Texas.
The strike occurred in Syria and specifically targeted Hussain. One source claims, "We have a high level of confidence he was killed."
Hussain is a British citizen who has been recruiting for ISIS. The United States claims that he is strongly involved in choosing targets.
