A fight has broken out between Jews and Arabs in Ashkelon's Barzilai Hospital. Police officers arrived at the scene and separated the two sides.
It is not yet known what sparked the conflagration, though the hospital has been the site for rival protests over the past week. Arrested Islamic Jihad member Mohammed Allan was transferred to Barzilai after he lost consciousness.
