Jerusalem Deputy Police Commissioner Moshe Adri praised the border guards at the Damascus Gate for their alertness following today's (Wednesday) attack.
"The warriors' vigilance allowed them to act quickly and decisively, and to overcome the suspect. They prevented a more serious attack on security forces and civilians," said Adri.
A terrorist stabbed a border guard in the leg near the Old City's Damascus Gate.
