South Sudanese President Salva Kiir has signed a peace agreement with rebels in his country. Rebel leader Riek Machar already signed the deal last week.
President Kiir told those present at the signing ceremony that he still has "Reservations" about the mediation, which came about after the UN threatened to sanction South Sudan.
The deal calls for an end to the civil war and reinstating Machar as vice president.
