Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem, Rabbi Aryeh Stern, met with members of the Jewish Home party and announced his support of the appointment of a Sephardic judge to the Grand Rabbinical Court.
“There is no doubt that this is a necessary step for the integration of all populations within the Grand Rabbinical Court,” Rabbi Stern said during a meeting in his offices.
