Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi arrived in Moscow on Wednesday, where he will visit with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
A senior Egyptian official said that during his visit, el-Sisi is expected to sign a deal with the Russians to build two civilian nuclear facilities in Egypt.
