20 illegal African immigrants were arrested in Tel Aviv's Levinsky Park Tuesday evening, just hours after being released from the Holot detention facility in southern Israel.

The men were among several hundred illegals released from the center after a court ruling limited the amount of time infiltrators can be held there to 12 months instead of 20.

Those released were however banned from living or working in Tel Aviv or Eilat - two cities which contain the majority of Israel's 60,000-plus infiltrators, who have been blamed for massive increases in violent crime there.
