A US district judge ordered Palestinian authorities on Monday to pay $10 million in cash as security for the $218.5 million a jury awarded to American victims and survivors of terrorists attacks.
Judge George B. Daniels also ruled that the Palestinian Liberation Organization and the Palestinian Authority are obligated to pay $1 million each month while the case is being appealed.
