Education Minister Naftali Bennett (Jewish Home) has presented a joint program that was created with the Finance Ministry and entitled "Second Chance."
Second Chance aims to provide more opportunities for special needs students in Israeli schools. This coming year 135 million shekels ($35 million US) will be used to upgrade schools for physically impaired students.
The government is to provide the program with another 810 million shekels ($209 million US) for the following three years.
