Jerusalem prosecutors have filed charges against Uriel Meno, a 22-year-old resident of Mevaseret Zion. He is accused of murder, driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, reckless endangerment, and driving without insurance.
This past Tuesday he got drunk in a Jerusalem pub, then tried to drive home. During the short trip, he lost control and one passenger was thrown from the vehicle. The passenger struck a concrete stand and was killed.
