Official North Korean news outlets report that Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un has ordered the military to prepare for a war against South Korea.
"Kim instructed the outposts on the front to prepare for offensive operations," the report stated, a day after North Korea fired a rocket at a loudspeaker near the Demilitarized Zone that was broadcasting propaganda.
South Korea fired dozens of mortars at its northern neighbor in return for the rocket.
