An adult and a 14-year-old minor who had been arrested on suspicion of violating an order to stay away from the Oz Tziyon outpost, near Givat Assaf, were released on Thursday evening.
The adult was released at a police station while the minor was brought to court, where he was represented by attorney Avihai Hajbi of the Honenu legal aid organization.
The police asked that the 14-year-old boy be released to full house arrest, but the court ultimately ruled that he will be released and will not be allowed to enter Oz Tziyon for a period of 14 days.
