Thai Court Issues Warrant for Unnamed Foreign Bomber

AFP reports that a Thai court issued an arrest warrant for an unnamed foreign man suspected of bombing a Bangkok shrine.

Earlier on Wednesday, a detailed image of the suspect was released to the public.
