Former Shin Bet (ISA, Israel Security Agency) head, MK Avi Dichter, justified the administrative incarceration of hospitalized terrorist Mohammed Allan, despite claims made by his family that the inmate has not been involved in terrorist activity for years.
Dichter said that since the terrorist was under the legal guardianship of the State of Israel, it is up to the State and Prison Services to ensure that he remains alive.
